We offer the option to do manual payment or online payment and also the choice between pick up at our warehouse or delivery door-to-door through the couriers you see on this page. You can also call, SMS, or email us and our friendly sales staff will follow up your query. Visits are by appointment only.

 About the Photozuela Products

All of our products are brand new and do not contain hidden defects or extra charges. Prices include VAT. (Additionally, charges may be added on top of the retail price when the client opts for private courier delivery and such.)

All of our items are fully protected against manufacturer defects at the moment of purchase. We assure our clients that all our products have been test-ed and quality checked at the factory and upon receipt of the items in our warehouse.
Small imperfections such as tiny and almost unnoticeable scratches/irregularities in some of the parts are sometimes unavoidable during the manufacturing and shipment and may not be subject for refunds and or replacement as long as the product is in perfect working order. Hence, we invite every client to check for themselves (or call our staff to check for online orders) any irregularities in cosmetic appearance and function before checking out for your peace of mind.

Consumables such as flash tubes and light bulbs (including CFL bulbs) are tested for it‘s correct function before shipping and are never replaced.
If an item is found factory defective, an outright replacement is granted within the first 3 days after purchase. After this, product servicing shall take place. We employ in-house quality tests before release, but we absolutely encourage our clients to test in-house and perform item counting on their purchase. (If client, for example, performs tests for items such as light stands, it must not be loaded by force; weight should be applied only for what the light stand or support is designed to bear. Client is liable for damages incurred should this be the case.)

In an event that a product of ours has been returned within the warranty or replacement period for any reason, an investigation of product fault shall take place. This is to protect and improve our future product design and specs. There is strictly a NO REFUND POLICY
For customers purchasing in other regions via courier: we guarantee special care and full transparency that they will receive our products in full working order and fully quality checked before we release them for delivery to third party logistics companies. The client will be responsible for the insurance and normal risks involved during transport. Rest assured, we do stress detailed instructions regarding handling and packaging of our items with our partner courier. Should the client prefer to return a defective item after troubleshooting calls for it, they shall shoulder all expenses to return the item back to our warehouse for servicing. This is regardless if the product is within the warranty period or if it had lapsed.

Electronic items (excluding CFL bulbs) – service warranty covers free repair if it is confirmed by our technicians to be a factory defect. Warranty will be completely void if the user him-self opens the units or allows a third party technician to do so. Clients may prefer do so only after service warranty have lapsed or the product EOL had been announced.
Not Included in warranty: Specific mechanical, textile, accessories, non-electronic and certain electrical items. Also, Peripheral items normally do not carry any warranty – (ex. diffuser cloth, bags, light stand, circular reflector, anything with no electronic or electrical component). Service warranty shall be specified in the product‘s page, in the receipt, our catalog, or as noted by our point of sales.

About the Extended 1 year Warranty of Montana C600 and C700:

  • Applicable to All Montana C600 and C700 units verified to have a Montana chipset
  • Applicable to wholesale units, from the moment the units have been bought as supported by an official receipt from the authorized Photozuela Distributor.
  • Entitles the owner of the unit for free service and free repairs. Parts are not included.
  •  Abuse and misuse of the units is not covered. Examples of non applicability are:
    – loss or stolen units
    – dropping of the unit
    – failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, or improper maintenance by the client
    – However an option of having it repaired by our company will be very much welcome.
  • Photozuela reserves its right to make any changes on the Extended Warranty policy without prior notice.

There is NO coverage for force majeure, abuse or misuse of the items. Examples of abuse and or misuse include, but are not limited to; liquid spillage, immersion, fall, unauthorized disassembly, scratches caused by wear and use, using a product not intended for commercial use, using the wrong replacement parts and such. All malfunctions resulting from mis-use, misconfiguration, exposure to dust, humidity, dirt, sand, water, dropping or shock of any kind will not be covered by this warranty.

Items unclaimed after sixty (60) days will be forfeited.
